Dr. Iweha is a Trilingual, (English, Spanish and Italian) Board Certified Endocrinologist.

She received her Doctor in Medicine and Surgery in Pavia, Italy. She completed her residency training at Medical College of Virginia in Richmond and completed her fellowship in Geriatrics and Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center and Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. She also completed her Residency in Urology at the University of Pavia in Pavia, Italy.

Dr. Iweha has been practicing in the Phoenix area since 1996. She specializes in diseases such as Diabetes, Thyroid, PCOS, Osteoporosis, Hypertension, Erectile Dysfunction, Cushing's Disease, Acromegaly, Adrenals, Growth Hormone, Pituitary, Obesity, Male and Female Hormone Replacement and many other diseases.

Grace attended Midwestern University, College of Pharmacy, Glendale, AZ June 2015, Clinician Educators Program (CEP), University of Florida, College of Pharmacy, Gainesville, FL 2002 - 2005, Doctor of Pharmacy, University of Oklahoma, College of Pharmacy, Oklahoma City, OK 1986 - 1989, B.S. Pharmacy.

She is a Certified Diabetes Educator and a Certified Insulin Pump Trainer providing consultation services to patients at Panda Medical Associates. She manages the Disease Management Program, provides drug information, and compliments the physician evaluation and diagnosis by developing and maintaining individualized patient care plans with emphasis on Diabetes Management. She is also a Patient Care Coordinator Manager at a Fry’s Pharmacy in the West Valley. 


Rachel E. Garcia, FNP-C

Rachel worked as an RN in the neonatal ICU, then again in pediatrics. Rachel received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at University of Arizona and her Master of Science in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner at Grand Canyon University. She is Board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She has 10 years of experience in healthcare.

She developed interest in diabetes and other endocrine disorders and wanted to advance her career. She enjoys working with patients to improve their health and well-being, with a focus on disease prevention and health promotion. She believes in working collaboratively with each patient to develop an individualized plan to achieve their health goals.

In her free-time, she enjoys yoga, volunteering and hiking with her daughter.
